Globe valves are closing down valves in which the closure member (disc) is moved squarely on and off the seat. It is a linear-motion valve characterized by a body with longer face-to-face that accommodates follow passage sufficiently long enough to ensure smooth flow through the valve without any sharp turns. CENTROFLOW supplies Casting Steel Flanged Globe Valve is available in class 150 / 300 / 600 |/900 / 1500/2500 and flanges according to ANSI B16.5 . Made of casting steel ASTM F316 , the range of dimensions is from DN 15 to DN 500. The maximum working pressure is 6 bar and it can withstand temperatures of up to 280ºC. Stellite hardened stainless steel seat. Bolt-on bonnet. Indicated for conducting and strangling the passage of aqueous media, oil and gas. testing according to API 598. Material available various materials covering carbon steel, high-temperature alloy steel, stainless steel, low temperature steel, and special alloys, etc CE and BV certificated.
• Design/Inspection standards: API 6D, API 600, ASME B16.34, BS EN13709, BS 1873, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.5.
• Handwheel operated with OS&Y and rising stem.
• Gland eyebolts are applied to facilitate packing maintenance and easy dismantling.
• Body/Bonnet joint design: male and female matching joint for 150LB~600LB; metallic ring gasket seal for 900LB and above.
• T-shaped anti blow-out stem design.
• Plug-shaped disc and seating face design allows particular flow characteristic.
